Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience handling customer calls (sales or customer service)

  • Basic knowledge of customer retention strategies 

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills

  • Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines – this is key

  • High self-motivation with a strong sense of urgency

  • Strong work ethic and embrace the importance of “owning” your task

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting specialists and department managers in client-related tasks 
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails in a timely manner to deliver a positive client experience

  • Responsible for ensuring that customer’s needs/requests are handled in a timely manner by the team

  • Verify Sales Calls before on-boarding new clients (ensure department standards are met)

  • Schedule Monthly Performance Calls (clients and account managers/specialists)

  • Follow internal processes that will ensure client projects are updated accordingly prior to delivery to clients

  • Responsible for coordinating deliverable for clients and account commitments

  • Meet Department Certification Requests (Digital Marketing)
