We are looking to hire a customer services representative

  • Responsibilities:
    Keep an accurate record of client
  • Receive, sort, and track incoming
  • Address and solve client questions and issues
  • Securely handle client data
  • Assist customers with a warm friendly language
  • Provide accurate and clear information regarding the services in question
  • Work collaboratively with the internal teams
  • Ability to adapt to news updates
  • Take on other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or related field
  • Excellent English writing and editing skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • 2+ years experience working as a customer services representative
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
