Requirements:
1+ years of experience handling customer calls (sales or customer service)
Basic knowledge of customer retention strategies
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines – this is key
High self-motivation with a strong sense of urgency
Strong work ethic and embrace the importance of “owning” your task
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls and emails in a timely manner to deliver a positive client experience
Responsible for ensuring that customer’s needs/requests are handled in a timely manner by the team
Verify Sales Calls before on-boarding new clients (ensure department standards are met)
Schedule Monthly Performance Calls (clients and account managers/specialists)
Follow internal processes that will ensure client projects are updated accordingly prior to delivery to clients
Responsible for coordinating deliverable for clients and account commitments
Meet Department Certification Requests (Digital Marketing)
