What You’ll Do
As our Community Manager, you’ll help shape the voice of our agency and our clients — managing daily social media interactions, driving conversations, and fostering authentic connections across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage online communities on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
Respond to DMs, comments, and brand mentions in English and Spanish
Monitor trends, conversations, and opportunities for engagement
Coordinate with content and creative teams to align messaging and tone
Develop engagement strategies to grow communities and brand loyalty
Support online events, live sessions, and campaign activations
Track key KPIs and generate performance reports
What You’ll Bring
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) – essential
2+ years of experience in community management or social media
Excellent writing skills and emotional intelligence for brand voice
Strong knowledge of social platforms and engagement best practices
Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
A proactive, organized, and responsive attitude
Bonus: Experience working in a digital marketing agency
